1. Scope & Accounts

• These terms apply to the PicBanana website, app, free features, paid features, and PicBanana Pro subscriptions.
• Some features may require an account. Provide accurate, lawful information and keep your credentials secure.
• Do not circumvent, abuse, or overload the service (e.g., mass registrations, malicious uploads).

2. Subscription Service & Benefits

• PicBanana Pro is a paid subscription that may include ad-free use, additional generations, higher output quality, or other premium features. The purchase screen and app display the current benefits.
• Subscription benefits are for the individual purchaser and may not be transferred, rented, sold, or shared commercially without authorization.
• We may update subscription benefits as we improve the product, models, or operations. Any changed benefits will be shown in the app or purchase screen.

3. Payment, Auto-Renewal & Pricing

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple ID; currency, taxes, and the final amount are shown at App Store checkout.
• Unless canceled before the current period ends, an auto-renewable subscription renews at the end of that period. Apple may charge the next period within 24 hours before renewal.
• If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its post-offer renewal price and duration are shown before purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the offer ends if you do not want it to renew.
• Subscription prices or plans may change. The latest App Store display and Apple’s applicable notices control.

4. Cancellation, Restore & Refunds

• Manage or cancel your subscription in “Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions” on your iPhone or iPad. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• After cancellation, paid access generally continues until the end of the current period. Unused time is not automatically prorated or refunded unless required by law.
• To restore a purchase on another device, use “Restore Purchases” in the app and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
• Apple handles refunds under its refund policy and applicable law. Submit a request through Apple’s official purchase history or refund channel.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of uploads while granting us a limited license to process, cache, and display them to deliver the service.
• Content must not infringe others’ rights or include illegal, harassing, violent, or adult material.
• We may suspend or terminate service for violations and comply with lawful regulatory requests.

6. Intellectual Property & Generated Content

• App branding, UI, and models belong to the PicBanana team; no reproduction or commercial use without permission.
• Availability and fitness of generated content depend on prompts and models; ensure your use is lawful.

7. Changes & Disclaimer

• We strive for stability but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
• No liability for losses caused by force majeure or third parties.
• Do not use generated results in illegal or high-risk scenarios; you assume resulting responsibility.
